WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We ship worldwide!
Please ensure that your billing and shipping details are correct when placing an order, as we are unable to make changes afterward. The billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
Before dispatching your order, we may need to verify your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to minimize any delays.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, delivery may take up to 14 business days.
Please note that delivery times refer to business days only and do not include weekends, national holidays, or force majeure situations. Orders are shipped via local or international postal services, depending on the delivery destination.
TAXES & DUTIES
All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that your order may be subject to taxes or duties imposed by your local customs office. Prices on our website do not include these additional charges, as they are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.

RECEIPT OF GOODS
DHL shipments are delivered door-to-door. By accepting delivery, you confirm receipt of the order. If you authorize the courier service to leave the package at your door without your presence, the risk of loss or theft lies with you.
RETURNS n RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Please handle items carefully when trying them on and return them in the same condition you received them.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
For a smooth return process with minimal shipping costs, please follow the instructions provided by our team.
To initiate a return, please contact returns@xxryxy.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order and provide:
The reason for the return
Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Once we have inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product price, minus any associated costs. Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons:
swimwear, thongs, tights, socks, stockings
underwear, corsetry, bodysuits, tops
swimwear
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If return shipping is unpaid, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
In addition to shipping fees, we will also deduct customs duties, import VAT, and brokerage fees incurred in our country.
If an order is refused upon delivery (e.g., due to unpaid customs duties), we will deduct both the original and return shipping costs, along with any additional fees, from the refund amount.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds are processed within 3 to 14 days after we receive the returned goods. The exact processing time depends on your payment method and bank.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped by contacting sales@xxryxy.com. If the order has notbeen dispatched, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
